Transportation/delivery

and shipping costs  

Orders are generally personalized and shipped within a maximum of 1 week* after validation and payment of your order.

Several delivery methods are available on the Lou&Lou store:

  • Delivery to a relay point with Mondial Relay: from 4.50 euros

  • Delivery to relay point with Colissimo: from 5 euros

  • Home delivery (without signature) by La Poste with Colissimo: 6.95 euros

  • Home delivery (against signature) by La Poste with Colissimo: 6.95 euros

  • Collection on site by Click and collect in Douai, Lens and nearby surrounding areas: free

       DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

In order to best monitor the completion and delivery time of your order, here is how we proceed:

  • the models are sent to you by email on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

  • production takes place on Monday and Tuesday (please note, we need your email confirmation of the model before 10 a.m. for your order to be added to the orders for the day)

  • shipments are made on Wednesday and Friday

This is of course valid for information purposes, certain deadlines may vary depending on the period (holidays, festive periods, etc.)

            PRODUCTION TIMES

Our announced production times are 1 week. If your item is in stock at the workshop, these lead times may be significantly shorter. For urgent orders, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or by telephone, it is always possible to find a solution 🙂

THE DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery times are those of Mondial Relay for Europe. Generally shipments to France take 24 to 48 hours. Shipments within Europe take between 2 and 4 days.

Be careful during the holiday period, delivery services are a few days late, remember to place your order on time.
Outside Europe we will provide you with delivery times depending on your country.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT OUTSIDE EUROPE

You don't live in a European country or would you like to have your order delivered to someone outside Europe (as a gift for example)? It's possible !
For these specific cases, please contact Lou&Lou before placing your order.

COLLECTION FROM THE WORKSHOP

Our workshop is located in Douai (France). If you wish, it is possible to collect your order directly from the workshop.
